How long does almond milk last?
Unopened, it keeps in the cupboard for about 3 months. Once opened, it keeps in the fridge for about 5 days.

Unopened long-life cartons are fine at room temperature; almond milk sold chilled belongs in the fridge from the start. Once opened, keep it in the fridge and do not drink straight from the carton. If it smells sour or rancid or turns lumpy, throw it away.
Does almond milk go off?
These are guide values for food that has been stored properly. Food past its best before date has not necessarily gone off, and many products are still fine after it.
